How can visitors use the Library computers?
- Visitors to Bracken Library may access OneSearch, which includes all the titles our libraries own, free of charge from dedicated workstations marked "OneSearch Only." There are several throughout the library.
- Visitors over the age of 14 may acquire full access to library computers, including databases, available software, and Internet connections, through the purchase of a Computer Access Card at the Library Information Desk in Bracken Library.
- For assistance, please contact the Library Information Desk in the Bracken Library lobby.
Can visitors use the wireless network?
- Community members and others guests are welcome to use the bsuguest wireless network; users should select the bsuguest network on their device and then accept the Terms of Use. (These usually appear in a web browser.)

Where can visitors park on campus?
- Metered parking is available between Teacher's College and the Arts and Journalism Building.
- For other parking options, consult the Parking Services web page about Visitor Permits which includes links to campus parking maps.
Can visitors purchase a parking permit online?
- Yes, visitors to the campus may purchase a parking permit by following the link on the Visitor Permits page.
- Note that this is only for people who are not affiliated with Ball State.
What library privileges are alumni allowed?
- The Circulation Information page includes useful information for Ball State University Alumni regarding use of the libraries.

Can visiting faculty print in the libraries?
- Visiting faculty are entitled to the same print allocation as regular Ball State faculty. This means that at the start of each academic session, visiting faculty are allowed a $10 print allocation of 200 black and white pages (one side of one sheet of paper).
- In order to have their print allocation assigned, however, visiting faculty need to visit the Technology HelpDesk, BL 101.
