How can I print from my laptop?
- Ensure you are logged on to the BSUCONNECT or BSUSECURE network if you are on campus. (If you are off campus, the VPN should not be activated.)
- Go to the Mobile Print page. (Found on the Libraries' homepage in the red "More Top Links" box.)
- Once you log in with your BSU credentials, click the "Upload" button and choose the file(s) you want to print.
- You may then release your print job(s) from any Print Smart printer on campus.
- There are 13 Print Smart BW (black and white) printers in the University Libraries, and several in other locations on campus, including RB 165 and SC 119.
- There are two Print Smart Color printers on the first floor of Bracken: One is on the west side, and one on the east side.
Can I print from my tablet or smartphone?
- By logging in to Mobile Print, you can print from a wide variety of devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

- Most fonts are supported by wireless laptop printing. However, some specialized fonts like IPA are not.
What formats does Mobile Print support?
- A wide range of formats are supported; see the supported formats page for a complete list.
- Many times documents in unsupported formats can be converted to PDF; these PDFs can be printed, no matter what their original format was.
