Mendeley
Mendeley is a "free reference manager and academic social network that can help you organize your research, collaborate with others online, and discover the latest research."
Zotero
Zotero is a free Firefox add-on (they do offer Chrome and Safari connectors) that allows you to "collect, organize, cite, and share your research sources." Their documentation page offers a lot of detailed information regarding system requirements, set-up, usage, and tips. Like Mendeley, they offer a comprehensive support page.

OneDrive is cloud storage service used by Ball State University. If you have it installed on your computer at work, you can access the files you have saved and created remotely.
