Requesting Articles

You can use Interlibrary Loan to request articles from OneSearch that are not available at the Ball State University Libraries. Click on the title of the item or the "Citation Online" link below the item's information.

On the resulting page, click on the "Full Text Options, including Interlibrary Loan" link and log in with your Ball State credentials.

The appropriate request form will auto-fill with the details of the article you're requesting.  Click the "Submit" button at the bottom to request the article.


Requesting Books

Books which we don't own also have the "Citation Online" link.  Click on the title of the book or the "Citation Online" link to get more information.

Next click on the "Request the book with Interlibrary Loan/ILLiad" button and then log in with your Ball State credentials to generate the request.
