Library Resources for Dual Credit Students and Faculty

This guide will give you information on how to access the resources the Ball State University Libraries offers to dual credit students and faculty.

Research Help

We would be happy to talk with you about your research. You can ask a question via chat, email, phone and more using our Ask-a-Librarian services.

Request a Remote Appointment

If you are not able to come to the library in person, you can meet with a librarian remotely via Zoom, WebEx, or Skype.

In addition to talking about your research, librarians can also share their screens with you so that you can see search techniques in action. Sound good? Request an appointment by following the instructions below!

  • Go to our Ask-a-Librarian page
  • Click on Reference by Appointment Online Form near the bottom of the page
  • Fill in the form and be sure to select Online in the Location drop-down menu
  • Submit the form at least one day in advance of your desired appointment

Appointments may last from 30 - 60 minutes and are generally scheduled between 8am and 5pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Special requests for evening and/or weekend appointments will be accommodated if possible; be aware that such requests may require more lead-time.
