Creative Writing

This guide will help you find library resources useful for the study of Creative Writing.

Audio Recordings on the web - writers reading their work (and sometimes other writers' work)

Audio Recordings at the University Libraries

You can find spoken word recordings in the University Libraries' using OneSearch's advanced search. You can search for a specific work using its title as a search term, or an author using his or her name, or you can use search terms that express a subject or topic that interests you.

Prior to running your search, however, choose "audio recording" from the "content type" filter.

If you are specifically interested in hearing a writer read his or her own work, you will need to examine the search results to find out who is the reader of each recording.
