Cardinal Scholar, Ball State University's Institutional Repository, is an open access repository that provides free online access to scholarly works produced at Ball State, serves as the online repository for institutional records, promotes Ball State intellectual capital to a worldwide audience, and advances scholarly communication.
Cardinal Scholar allows members of the Ball State University community to directly upload original scholarly works to the repository for global access. Types of scholarship welcomed in the repository include (but are not limited to) articles, preprints, web-based exhibits, presentations, working papers, term papers, conference papers, and technical reports.
Cardinal Scholar's homepage allows a user to search existing materials and deposit new materials.
In addition, Cardinal Scholar's Theses and Dissertations community provides access to doctoral dissertations, undergraduate and master's theses, creative projects, and research papers submitted by Ball State University students.
