This collection includes a school scrapbook from Grace Arthur in Muncie, Indiana ranging from 1926 to 1932 regarding her school activities.

This collection contains materials dealing mostly with her work with various local theatre groups: Children’s Playhouse, Civic Theatre, and Easter Pageant. Items include correspondence, news clippings, scripts and programs, as well as biographical information about Irene and Aaron Belcher. The collection includes three scrapbooks with newspaper clippings about the Muncie Civic Theater and Children’s Playhouse Theater, as well as letters to Irene Belcher and several photographs. An autograph book signed by her students and a 1983 directory for High Street United Methodist Church.

The Brayton Family Collection consists primarily of family photos dating from 1868 to 1958. The oversize materials contain Amy Botkin's scrapbook, which includes letters, photos, brochures, and invitations (1907-1960), as well as sketches and paintings done by Margaret Brayton.

This collection includes the papers, photographs and negatives from the H. Earl Browning family in Muncie, IN ranging from 1920 to 1976 regarding family correspondence, war records, financial records, personal documents, photographs and negatives.

This collection includes correspondence, newspaper clippings, reports, maps, photographs, and other materials from Dorothea Bump in Muncie, Indiana ranging from 1919 to 1993 regarding local elections, political and civic issues in Delaware County and the city of Muncie, and the administration of Beech Grove Cemetery.

This collection contains materials pertaining to the various activities of the Calvert-Pallen family. The collection is divided into seven series, the first four of which include papers of each individual family member. The Truman B. Culvert series contains papers and books which relate to his personal and professional education and to his responsibilities as Director of Research and Budget in the Muncie Community Schools.The second series, Luna Culvert, contains yearbooks, program announcements and newspaper clippings dealing with various clubs in Muncie and a few other cities. The rest of this series consists mainly of copies of Mrs. Calvert's poems and newspaper articles. There is also a copy of her book, Tales of a Nomadic Wife.
Clippings and pamphlets of Miss Calvert's dramatic activities in school and of her professional lecture recitals make up a large part of the Lucile Calvert-Pallen series. Also included is a copy of Lucile's graduate thesis on university dramatics. A small section of the family papers is the Owen Calvert series. Within this series are newspaper clippings related mostly to Owen's activities at Butler University and his marriage to Anna Marie Sander. The fifth series, History, consists of materials within the family papers which relate more specifically to Indiana history rather than to the family itself.

The collection includes information and memorabilia of the Cassady and Nelson families. Included are correspondence, account books, programs, photographs, and obituaries of various family members from 1759 to 1961. Also included are the Civil War letters and diaries and other papers of D.W. (Derastus) Nelson, Louise Nelson’s brother from 1858-1865.

This collection includes correspondence, newspaper clippings, obituaries, and other documents from Maud Neal Doughty in Muncie, Indiana ranging from1895 to 1995.

The Dorothy Hamilton Collection consists primarily of manuscripts of her books and writings, as well as newspaper clippings about Mrs. Hamilton’s work and about her activities. The collection also includes copies of Dorothy Hamilton’s magazine serials, announcement of the awards she received, the honorary degree she obtained from Ball State University, information from Hamilton’s publisher, as well as unfinished writings. The collection contains transcripts of Mrs. Hamilton’s talks, two books on cassette, mock-ups of her books, hand-written event calendar and notebooks, notes from her writing courses, correspondence, contracts, royalty statements, and some of her artwork.

This collection includes documents, minutes, publications, newspaper clippings, chairperson records, and research documents from the Delaware County Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition in Delaware County ranging from 1980 to 2009 regarding coalition members, activities, and events.

This collection includes scrapbooks, correspondence, diaries, publications, newspaper clippings and speeches by Dr. Kemper from 1859-1927. The scrapbooks include information on Dr. Kemper’s travels, including trips to Egypt and Europe, from 1905 to 1913. The correspondence series includes letters between Dr. Kemper and Hattie Kemper during and after the Civil War, from 1859 to 1875.

This collection focuses on the literary works of Emily Kimbrough and includes typescripts of her novels along with copies of her numerous articles. Also included are honorary degrees awarded to her by Indiana University and Ball State University in 1973. The collection also contains twenty-five drawings from the novels Now and Then (1972) and Time Enough (1974), It also includes contains oversize family photos, a photo of Kimbrough Hardware Co., and Sterling Cash grocery. Finally, R 26, contains dictabelts about some of Kimbrough’s travels. An accompanying Dictaphone machine and headphones are also part of the collection.

This collection includes a school book and papers, records of births in the family, a memoranda book, postcards, Westwood property assessments and plat maps, correspondence, photographs and a film reel from the Mann family in Muncie, Indiana ranging from 1896 to 1959 regarding the Mann family`s history and travels.

This collection contains correspondence, business records, certificates, legal documents, genealogy research materials, newspaper clippings, photographs, and other records ranging from 1816 to 1988 documenting the history of the Marsh and Ryan families of Muncie, Indiana. The collection also includes genealogical research for John Clawson, an ancestor of the Marsh family,and genealogical research for Frances Elizabeth Pace Marsh's family, including documents on the Pace, Peck, Hopkins, and Menard families. The collection of family history contains correspondence, genealogies from several lines, a scrapbook from the Daughters of the American Revolution, and war records. The information covers 1816 to 1963. P.001 includes photographic prints organized by family or individual photographed and described at the folder level. Tintypes and one daguerreotype are included in a separate box for preservation purposes.

The collection consists of materials dealing with the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), the National Organization of Women (NOW) and the League of Women Voters, including by-laws, correspondence, newsletters, and related materials for all three organizations.

The collection contains a 35-week library curriculum, as well as sample lesson plans for kindergarten through sixth grades. Teaching tools on such library topics as the Dewey Decimal system, alphabetical ordering, parts of a book, and fiction and nonfiction books are also in the collection. Teaching resources provide information on discipline, objectives and competencies, and the importance of reading to a child. As well as teaching information, Parkison also included ideas and samples of games to learn about the library environment. The administration folders hold a sampling of library reports, handbooks, a library bill of rights, and library rules and procedures. Included in the collection are materials from famous children’s author Mark Harshman. Harshman was invited to Parkison’s elementary school to speak in 1997, and the collection comprises correspondence, photos from the day, biographical information, book sales and purchases of his book by students, and miscellaneous materials concerning his visit.

The collection contains 1118 letters of correspondence dating between the years 1820-1982. Postcards dating from 1876-1988 are also included. Fifty-nine of the postcards contain writing and dates, six have writing and no dates, and 163 have no writing at all. The collection also includes 23 greeting cards, legal papers, tax receipts, birth certificates, inventories, advertisements, etchings and various miscellaneous items dating from 1776 through the 1980s.

This collection includes 20 cookbooks and other books related to cooking from Miriam Shepherd's Home Economics collection. Publication dates range from 1910-1941.

This collection includes administrative, pamphlet, and subject files from Althea Stoeckel in Muncie, Ind. ranging from 1800 to 1979 regarding Indiana history and teaching and education.

The collection contains "The Girl Graduate" scrapbook, including photographs, autographs, a dance program, graduation and baccalaureate programs, and newspaper clippings. It also includes two clippings describing the Christmas party held by the Amo Patrea Club, of which Topp was a member.

The Caldwell, Meeker, and High families papers includes correspondence from the Caldwell, Meeker, and High families. The collection is divided into series by family. The Caldwell family papers includes correspondence and documents concerning family and business affairs (1857-1928). The High family papers includes correspondence between Ansen High and his wife Mary during the Civil War (1862). The Meeker family papers includes correspondence from Minor Meeker (1836-1885).
