Use the Ball State University Archives finding aids to research administrative office records, faculty papers, athletic programs, campus photographs, and audio-visual materials. A finding aid is a descriptive tool that includes the contents and arrangement of materials in a collection. Finding aids can help you determine whether or not a collection is relevant to your research needs.
In order to view resources available from the University Archives, use the archival identification number (e.g. RG.04.01.02) and the box number (e.g. Boxes 1 and 2) to request specific materials.
Collections within the University Archives are organized into record groups that reflect the organizational structure of Ball State University. A guide is to the left. To search all of the University Archives Collections please see our
