  • When reviewing sources for credibility, consider the authority of the author, how the material was published, and the content of the source. 
  • When investigating the content of the source, consider the audience the item is targeting, its goals, the sources it cites, its relevancy, its currency, and whether its conclusions flow logically from the evidence presented.
