Attend the Class Online!
To enter the Ball State University Library Instruction Meeting Room click on the URL or copy and paste it into your browser address bar.

You will be entering as a guest, so enter a name and click on “Enter Room”
The meeting room will not be active until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Once you have entered the meeting room, you should run the “Audio Setup Wizard”. To start the audio wizard, click on the meeting tab at the top of your screen. Click on “audio setup wizard” in the dropdown menu and follow all of the instructions to complete the process.
The audio set-up wizard customizes the audio settings on your computer to the conditions in your environment. It is important to run the audio wizard at the start of every session.

You can type in the chat box to communicate with your presenters.
