Where to find book reviews: Articles & Databases

Start with the A-Z Databases page and choose the database Academic Search Complete

Limit the document type

 

Add search terms.  For example:  Women and education or if you have a title of the book, type it in.

Other databases to find book reviews

JSTOR   and limit by ITEM TYPE and LANGUAGE

 

 

Web of Science is another good resource. Change the Topic to Document Type (right side).

Other databases to consider:  Historical Abstracts, ERIC (EBSCOhost), PsycINFO, America: History and Life, Book Review Digest Retrospective (notice the year).  In each, be sure to choose the correct document type.  In print, Book Review Digest (in the General Collection).
