The American Legion Auxiliary, Delaware Post 19 is the organization established March 30, 1926 for the wives and daughters of Legion members.

The Colleen Club was a club composed of young women from the St. Lawrence Church, and was active until the 1920s. The club was an extensive social and philanthropic organization,

On March 3, 1904 the ladies of the Union Chapel Church in Eaton, Indiana met to organize a Ladies Aid Society. In 1935, the Society change its name to the Community Woman's Club.

The Martha Washington Club was a woman’s club organized in Muncie in January, 1904 “for social and literary purposes.”

The roots of the Mary Martha Club reach back to the fall of 1890, when Mrs. Frank J. Claypool, Helen Young, and Emily Truitt met to discuss the need for a country women’s club.

The Muncie Matinee Musicale club was founded on January 12, 1889. The club was composed of senior, student and junior departments, each having its own officers and each later being affiliated with the National Federation of Music Clubs.

The objectives of the club were both literary and social as the members sought self-improvement through the writing and presenting of papers on a wide variety of subjects.

The object of the League, was "the study of the various branches of art; the bringing together of various art interests of the community, in order to promote a spirit of art interest and appreciation."

The Muncie Art Association is an outgrowth of the Muncie Art Students League. The League, which was formed in 1892 for the promotion of art appreciation in the community gave yearly exhibits of the work of its members.

In 1944, Muncie’s own branch was organized. Nine women from the Muncie area who were interested in the fields of art, literature, or music were brought together by Mrs. J. R. Marsh, the charter president.

The Philomathean ("seekers after knowledge”) Club was organized in 1906, the object being“the promotion of higher mental and social culture of its members, and to encourage a liberal interchange of thought by means of paper and discussion.

On February 22, 1894, seven friends were the dinner guests of Mrs. C.L. Medsker at her home. The group discussed forming a club to “better themselves” through study and fellowship.

On January 1, 2007, the Wapehani Council merged with four other Indiana councils to become the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, Inc.

The Woman’s Club of Muncie, Indiana, was founded in 1876. The Club was “an association for mutual improvement” and its object was “the advancement of woman in every direction pertaining to her intellectual, moral and physical good.”
