DMR Anatomical Model Collection

Many models from both the Foundational Sciences Library and Education, Music and Media (EMM) have been photographed from different angles and identification keys added in PDF format to the Digital Media Repository (DMR).  Click on the link below to see the collection.

The Health Library also has a few models but they have not been digitized.

Anatomical Models in the Foundational Sciences Library and Health Library

head modelYou will need a valid BSU ID in order to check out any of the models. The loan period for models in the Foundational Sciences Library (FB140/141) is 2 hours and the models must remain in the library. Most of the models in the Health Library can leave for more than 2 hours at a time.

The Department of Biology maintains an Anatomy Study Room in FB??? where a wider selection of anatomical models can be found.  Hours for the Anatomy Study Room are posted on the door of FB???.  You may also call the Department office at 285-5961 to find out when it will be open.
