The mission of Archives and Special Collections is to collect, preserve, and provide access to archival and printed materials that support the research and instructional needs of students, faculty, national and international scholars, and the general public.
The Ball State University Archives and Special Collections includes yearbooks from high schools and primary schools in Muncie and Delaware County, Indiana ranging from 1899 to 2000. A small number of yearbooks from Hartford City High School (Blackford County, Ind.) and Monroe Central High School (Randolph County, Ind.) are also identified. Yearbooks in Archives and Special Collections holdings for colleges and universities (including Ball State University), technical schools, community organizations, or schools outside the state of Indiana are not included in this guide.
