The following may be helpful to you in your studies: 

Notation:

• Noteflight, online notation program. The free version allows you to create and save up to ten scores. Files are compatible with Finale software.
• Musescore is free, open-source composition and notation software available for download. It also available as an app for iphones or Android devices.
• Verovio is an open-source library for engraving Music Encoding Initiative (MEI) music scores.

Ear Training & Music Theory

• Teoria.com Music Theory site, includes exercises and ear training, plus a glossary with examples (under "Reference"). The site is bilingual, Spanish and English.
• The MusicalMind.org has exercises for basic music theory, with helpful tips and top user results for competitive types!
